The IEEE-WIE Student Branch at Vidyalankar School of Information Technology (VSIT) successfully organized CINEVERSE, a movie screening event that brought together over 200 students for the screening of Project Hail Mary.
The event commenced with a welcome address by the WIE Chairperson and IEEE Vice Chairperson, followed by a short video showcasing the journey and achievements of the IEEE-WIE Student Branch. After sharing the necessary instructions with the audience, the movie was screened successfully, and the event concluded with a vote of thanks.
The screening of Project Hail Mary served as the centerpiece of the event, bringing together over 200 students for an enjoyable cinematic experience.
The event began with a short video highlighting the journey and achievements of the IEEE-WIE Student Branch, introducing participants to the organization's initiatives.
The organizing committee ensured smooth coordination throughout the event, managing registrations, audience coordination, technical arrangements, and the movie screening successfully.
