The IEEE-WIE Student Branch at Vidyalankar School of Information Technology (VSIT) successfully conducted SYNAPSE, an engaging quiz-based workshop aimed at promoting critical thinking, teamwork, and active participation among students.
The event provided a platform for students to test their knowledge through an interactive quiz session designed to be both educational and entertaining. Participants enthusiastically engaged in the activity, creating a lively environment filled with curiosity, learning, and healthy competition.
In addition to the quiz activity, the event also marked a significant milestone for the IEEE-WIE student branch with the handover ceremony of the new committee, conducted in the presence of faculty members and core committee members.
The main highlight of the event was an interactive quiz that encouraged students to think critically and respond quickly. Participants remained actively involved throughout the session, contributing to a dynamic and energetic atmosphere.
The quiz format allowed students to collaborate, exchange ideas, and challenge themselves in a friendly competitive setting, making the overall experience both enjoyable and intellectually stimulating.
At the end of the quiz session, a prize distribution ceremony was held to recognize and reward the winners. Exciting gifts were awarded to participants who demonstrated exceptional performance and enthusiasm during the competition.
A significant moment of the event was the formal handover of responsibilities to the newly appointed IEEE-WIE committee. The ceremony took place in the presence of faculty members and core team members.
The outgoing committee was appreciated for their dedication and contributions, while the newly appointed committee members were welcomed and encouraged to continue fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth within the IEEE-WIE community.
SYNAPSE proved to be an enjoyable and meaningful event that combined learning, competition, and community building. The interactive quiz session energized participants and provided a refreshing way to engage with knowledge beyond the classroom.
